The Scotch Pie:
A savoury hand held snack with a cult following especially at football grounds. Traditionally the Scotch Pie was made from minced mutton or lamb but beef is now the prime ingedient used. A spicy seasoning is blended with the meat before cooking in a pie shell.

The Bridie:-
Savoury pastry with a meaty filling, traditionally mince and onion or steak. Has been known to have cheese and onion variations.
